I am wondering how it is that they roast the flavoring into flavored coffee?
Actually they roast the coffee normally and then they add the flavoring later. If you check out http://www.coffeecaffeine.com/flavors/index.html you will have to scroll down but they show a video of how flavoring is added when they mix up a load of Flavored Coffees.
Enjoy the flavoring but it is not roasted with the bean, it is added later.

Hi There,
Flavoured coffee usually has the flavouring added after the beans have been roasted. Beans can be infused with different flavours, and ground coffee absorbs flavours very readily from the air surrounding it.
You can see this happening at home, if you leave ground coffee unsealed in the fridge. The coffee grounds will absorb any flavours in the fridge (good or bad!) very readily. This is why it is so important to keep coffee in an airtight container, and away from strong-smelling items.
I hope this helps,
Kind Regards,
Etienne (& my team)
